Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the gbajer platform — they apply to your account and gaming experience.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gbajer platform and all its services. By creating an account or playing games on the website gbajer.cam ("Platform"), you ("User") fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Account Registration

Creating a valid account is required to enjoy all features of the Platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited.
  • A valid and active email address is required to register an account.
  • Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Age Requirement: The gbajer platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under this age may use the Platform. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
  • Making deposits using a third party's payment account is prohibited.
  • After a successful deposit, the balance is added to the wallet instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • The withdrawal method used must be consistent with the deposit method.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • If fraud is suspected, gbajer reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gbajer offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement must be met: bets totalling 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be placed.

Example 1: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200. To make the bonus withdrawable, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed.

Example 2: ৳10,000 deposited → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳15,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, ৳5,000 × 20 = ৳100,000 in bets must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.
  • A bonus that is not used within its specified time limit will be automatically cancelled.
  • Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned with bonus funds.
  • gbajer reserves the right to cancel a bonus and close an account in cases of bonus abuse for fraudulent purposes.
  • Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

gbajer's VIP Program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can move up to higher levels through regular gaming activity, and the weekly cashback rate increases at each level.

gbajer reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program. Users will be notified of any changes through their account.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on gbajer are operated by third-party software providers. Game results are determined through neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. gbajer does not interfere with game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Rules

  • Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
  • If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the system automatically completes the game and saves the result.
  • If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error, gbajer reserves the right to correct or cancel that payment.
  • In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, the wager will be refunded.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

gbajer is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. If any user attempts to exploit weaknesses in the gaming system for an unfair advantage, that account will be immediately closed and all funds received will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

Account-Related

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Providing false or misleading information during account registration.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Financial Fraud

  • Attempting to gain funds dishonestly through chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.

Technical Abuse

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
  • Attempting to bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the Platform's systems or conducting hacking activities.
Warning: If any prohibited activity is identified, gbajer reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by gbajer

gbajer may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
  • If unusual activity or suspected fraud is detected on the account.
  • While an identity verification process is ongoing.
  • As directed by legal authorities.

8.2 Account Closure by User

9. Limits of Liability

  • Temporary unavailability of the service due to technical issues.
  • Financial loss resulting from a user's gaming decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajer's total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
